Birsu Bascillar brings a diverse background to the Paws 4 Kids 4 Paws Board, including a decade of nonprofit executive management experience. She is a bit of a nomad, exploring different places while pursuing her interests as an artist and writer. She is the daughter of a veterinarian and the mother of two adult children. She cites her desire to adapt to any environment while traveling, the wisdom and compassion of her father, and the humbling and heart-expanding experience of motherhood as her greatest influences.
